What's Not to Enjoy?

Bright lit up morning;
Birds dance on the bird feeder;
Jockeying for place.

Pecking and picking
Bird gobbles and throws seeds down;
He's got no manners.

Female cardinal
Is prettier than the male;
(Doesn't realize it.)

A delicate blue
Paints the crocuses next door;
Just by the steel pipe.

Shadows on the road--
Are they always the same?
(Or is it just me?)

Forest is sunny;
Rushing streams border on brown,
On the edge of green.

Snow has disappeared--
Road sign is illegible;
(Winter leaves its mark).

Happily running
Woman jogs by with a smile.
(What's not to enjoy?)
