It's Warm and Sunny

It's warm and sunny;
The forsythia's blooming.
(Oh yes, April Fool!)









It's snowing again;
Spring will never really come;
Eternal winter!

My forsythia
All covered with white again.
I'm in "Groundhog Day."












Shadow without sun
Under the solar panel
In the now white field.









I can't help myself;
Wood smoke, white woods and lone crow
Make me smile inside.

Large white clods of snow
Fall noisily from the tree tops
To melt on the road.

The steady sound of dripping.
